  • Rates
    • Special internet rates are only valid if you book through padmaresortubud.com
    • Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, billing will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah.
    • Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified
    • The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified
    • Additional services (additional person, airport transfer, baby sitting facilities, etc) are optional, unless specifically selected as part of the booking.
    • Room rates are inclusive of breakfast.
    • Special group rates are available, please contact Sales.Ubud@PadmaHotels.com
    • Please note that group rate are indicated for a reservation of minimum of 15 rooms per period
    • Rates may change without prior notice
  • Additional Charges
    • Extra bed will be charged for the 3rd person. Please note that maximum of extra bed is one in each room, unless otherwise specified.
  • Reservation
    • Online reservation is recommended. It is the fastest & safest way for the following reasons:

      • The booking engine uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all information. Click to Book
    • All reservation inquiry will be replied within 2 working days
  • Amend of Reservation
    • Reservation can be changed with prior notice
    • Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability
  • Guarantee
    • A refundable deposit of 1 night will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. Rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.
    • Credit card used to make a reservation should be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, Padma Resort Ubud will contact you to arrange a third party billing.
    • Accepted credit cards : Visa, Master Card, Amex, JCB, Diners Club. we will confidentially use the information for further processing.
    • Payment could be also transferred to Padma Resort Ubud with copy of payment document to be emailed or faxed to our office at +62-361-3011188
  • Check-in and Check-out
    • check-in time is 15:00
    • Check-out is at 12:00 noon
    • Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room in advance.
    • Late check-out also depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of late check-out up to 18:00 hrs is 50% from the room rate and Check-out after 18:00 hrs is considered as one night stay.
  • Cancellation, No-show and Early Departure
    • If you cancel the booking within 7 days prior to arrival or no show, we will charge a penalty of first night’s room rate and refund the remaining balance to you. For any cancellation made before resort cancellation policy, we will refund your payment FULLY. If payment charged to credit card, refund will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only. Refund will take approximately 14 working days.
    • If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive (no show), the first night will be charged.
    • Please Note: In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee equal to one night's stay. Early check-out fee will not be incurred if early check-out request is received by our reception at check-in.
    • For any cancellation made before resort cancellation policy, resort will refund your deposit. If deposit charged to credit card, refund will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only. Refund will take approximately 24 working days.
  • Children Policy
    • Children age is from 6 – 12 years old.
    • Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is one, unless otherwise specified.
    • Baby cots are available at no cost. Please notify our reservation dept. in advance.
    • Babysitting service is available at additional cost. Please notify our reservation dept in advance
  • Hotels Facilities
  • Some of Hotel's facilities are free of charge and some of them chargeable. Please double check or contact us to avoid miss perception.
