Seeing is Just the Beginning

As you arrive at the resort, you will see a 3-hectare Agroforestry Garden where you can also take an Agroforestry Tour program to see how extensive and discover the diverse array of plants we nurture. Get to taste the sweetness of freshly picked tropical fruits, and if you’re lucky, indulge in the king of fruits, durian, harvested right before your eyes. From the agroforestry garden, it’s a short walk to the animal garden. You can interact directly and feed the animals such as deer, otter, rabbit, and more.

From Garden to Kitchen

Embracing sustainability is not just a buzzword for us – it’s a way of life that extends right to our plates. We’re proud to partner with numerous local producers, particularly in the Payangan area. Together, we’ve not only forged business relationships but also fostered a sense of community, working hand in hand to uplift local prosperity.

But our commitment to sustainability doesn’t stop there. Every morning, our dedicated garden caretaker meticulously gathers a bounty of fresh herbs, edible flowers, crisp vegetables, and juicy fruits, all nurtured in our meticulously crafted Agroforestry Garden to be utilised by our kitchen team. And for our vegan guests, we’ve created a delicious plant-based menu, featuring Vegetable Brochettes, Stuffed Eggplant Bayildi Wraps, Stewed Peas, Mushroom Bruschetta, and more.

Padma GIVE’s Mission

Padma GIVE is a part of Padma’s CSR program with a mission to Grant, Inspire, Volunteer, and Empower. Through this program, our team at Padma Resort Ubud regularly visits a local primary school in Puhu village to offer English lessons to the children.

Looking back at our last festive season, we initiated a Book Charity program where we asked guests to bring English storybooks for donation. Surprisingly, they enthusiastically embraced this initiative. Through their support, we were able to spread love and knowledge to a nearby primary school. Given the success of this program, we are eager to explore the possibility of continuing it in the future.
